This property was donated to the Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority in honor of the watermen of Gloucester County. The property consists of three parcels: One containing 5.86 acres which contains a one-story manufactured home on a block foundation with a crawl space and small porch. The donation also includes an adjacent parcel of 3.67 acres, and a nonadjacent but nearby parcel of 4.83 forested acres. The two adjacent parcels are located at 10204 Margaret Lyell Road in Hayes, Va, and include waterfront access to Belvin’s Creek, also known as Gum Landing Creek.
