The Middle Peninsula Chesapeake Bay Public Access Authority was gifted these 97 acres of property, with approximately one mile of waterfront, located on the Severn River in Gloucester County, Virginia.  

Much of the property is a pristine coastal ecosystem, including densely forested mixed hardwood and pine trees, tidal wetlands, and non-tidal wetlands. Three dwellings including a large estate house with adjoining pool house and swimming pool, and a brick rancher. A two-bay garage with a workshop and two metals barns are also located on the property.
