Dutchman Point

Located off Dutchman’s Rd in Mathews, Va., this long, somewhat narrow 5.25-acre lot gives waterfront access point to the Mobjack Bay. Mixed pine and hardwoods dominate the upland regions of the property, and high deer activity has been observed. Both the high and low marsh appear to be healthy, and at least half the property could be classified as a wetland. A mixed variety of fern species on the property hint at good groundwater flow.
